SPECIAL RENTAL CLAUSES
1 - BOOKING
To confirm a booking, we need to receive a 25% instalment.
The balance has to be paid one month before your arrival. In the case of a last-minute booking, the total price must be paid at the same time as you make your reservation.
If the balance is not paid at assigned times, Endeavour Chalets & Lodges reserves the possibility of regarding your inscription as null and consequently applying the defined conditions of cancellation fees mentioned here below.
Your booking is considered as confirmed as soon as we send you your invoice/contract.
2 - PRICES
Our prices include the accommodation rental, service charges include (water, electricity, heating), but do not include any local tourist taxes.
Optional services: our accommodation does not include all optional services proposed in our catalogue and on site.
3 - MODIFICATION-CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Modification: We accept any date modifications or change in apartment type within the limit of our availabilities. If the amount after modification is lower than the original booking, you will be charged a 25 € handling fee.
Cancellation: In the case of a cancellation, please send us your cancellation by mail. The date of reception of your written cancellation will determine the date of cancellation, and you will be charged as follows:
Until 30 days before your arrival, a 25 € handling fee will be retained.
Between 30 days and 15 days before your date of arrival: 25% of the total amount.
Between 14 days and 8 days before your date of arrival: 60 % of the total amount.
Between 7 days and 1 day before your date of arrival: 80 % of the total amount.
In case of a no show: no refund will be accorded. You must pay 100 % of the total amount.
4 - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The accommodation rental begins at 5.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and finishes at 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
5 - DEPOSIT
A deposit will be asked upon your arrival. It will be restored to you at the end of your stay after payment of the services consumed on site and deductions for any damages made to the property. An inventory will be made on the day of arrival and another on the day of departure.
6 - ANIMALS
Animals are not accepted in the following residences: L’Aiglon in Morzine and Le Belvédère and les Brévières in Tignes.
Animals for which you can provide vacination and anti-rabies certificates are accepted at an extra charge in the following residences: Le Jardin Alpin in Morillon and in the residence Le Rond Point des Pistes in Tignes.
7 – EARLY DEPARTURE
No refund will be given in lieu of an early departure.
8 - POSSIBLE MODIFICATION OF OUR PROGRAMS
If obliged by unforeseen circumstances, and in the case of event independent of our will, we reserve the right to modify partially or completely any of our programs. Partial closing of a site or part of the amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, or health/fitness centre…
And, as part of a delayed construction, the services and the activities announced could be modified without notice.
9 - RECLAMATION
The customer has 48 hours after his/her arrival to announce in writing to the reception of the residence any litigation concerning the description, quality, or the cleanliness of the apartment. Beyond 48 hours after arriving, Endeavour Chalets & Lodges will not take into account any complaint relating to the preceding points.
10 - RESPONSABILITY
We must inform you that the rental of a “residence de tourism”/Leaseback apartment does not enter within the framework of the responsibility of hotels. Consequently, Endeavour Chalets & Lodges will not be held responsible in the event of the loss, stealing or degradation of personal effects in our residences, car parks, nor in individual apartments.
